The question arises for any traveler planning to go: When is the best time to go to Indonesia?
Trying to figure out the best time to visit a country is always a challenge, especially if that destination is on the other side of the world, and you must make a good budget investment to get there.
Indonesia is one of those cases, even more so if you’re visiting a part of the world where weather conditions vary greatly and can escalate when you least expect it.
This was the first question I received when I recently launched the challenge on social media for followers to submit their travel questions for a new series I was launching on my YouTube channel. In “Travel Questions” (“Perguntas de Viagem”), I use all my knowledge and years of travel experience to dispel these questions and myths and help demystify travel in the best way possible.
When to go to Indonesia
But back to the question — When is the best time to go to Indonesia? — in the video, I explain the dry season and the rainy season in Indonesia and some pros and cons of each. You can also count on some tricks and websites to keep track of the weather before and during your trip.
Check out the answer!
With climate change, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to predict the best time of the year to travel and enjoy good weather. In fact, the months of sunshine and warmth that we used to take for granted in the Southern Hemisphere are now altered by rain and even storms, and by November, we’re walking around in shorts and t-shirts in the Northern Hemisphere.
It is increasingly difficult to predict the weather. All we can do is keep an eye on the forecasts and pray for the best when the time comes for our trip.
