The most powerful passports in the world for traveling… and living abroad!
Sweden, Germany, and Finland rank among the most powerful passports in the world. The ranking was launched this week at the Web Summit in Lisbon by Global Citizen Solutions, a company specializing in citizenship and residency solutions.
Every year, there are rankings of the best passports for crossing borders, but what makes this one so special is that “it goes beyond traditional passport rankings, offering a comprehensive and multidimensional assessment of a country’s attractiveness for those seeking second citizenship or residency,” says the company.
So, unlike more traditional rankings focusing on visa-free access to a country, this list ranks countries by accounting for quality of life, mobility, and investment opportunities. A great starting point if you’re an expat, digital nomad, retiree, or an investor looking for new opportunities.
