ON THE TIP OF PORTUGAL

2129 Views

On my last trip to the south of Portugal I made a short stop to Vila Real de Santo António. You see, that little town with its eyes on the neighboring Ayamonte (Spain). Even just before the entrance into the Gulf of Cadiz.

My passage was brief, but I couldn’t help but notice some details, such as the Marquês de Pombal Square, with its Mother Church, or the waterfront with the Guadiana river on the edge.

Not to mention the marshland zone of Castro Marim.

I know a lot was left to see but I had to share the images. 🙂

If you have any suggestions on Vila Real de Santo António, share them in the comments box below.
